Tell us what you’re making

Five short steps, about two minutes. Our team reads it and tells you which Indian cluster and which factory in our group is built for your product. If none is, we say so by email before any fee is discussed.

What to include

Send what you have. We ask for the rest by email.

  1. Tech pack, sketch or photos. No tech pack? Get one for $79 per style, ready in 3–5 working days.
  2. Fabric. Composition and weight. It sets your minimum more than the sewing does.
  3. Target price per piece, in USD. It tells us which factory fits.
  4. The date stock has to land. In your warehouse, not the ship date.

The seven questions we hear most on this page.

100 pieces per style across our group. The fabric sets the real floor: cotton jersey on stock yarn runs from 100, hoodies and polos usually need 150–250, wool sweaters 250–400, and wovens on fabric commissioned from a mill start around 1,000. We confirm the exact minimum with the factory before you commit to anything.

Sampling takes 3–5 weeks, longer if the fabric is commissioned. A first bulk order takes 12–16 weeks from approved sample to goods shipped, and a repeat order 8–10 weeks.

Diwali (October or November, the date moves every year) closes most factories for 1–2 weeks, and the monsoon (June to September) slows dyeing and washing. You get a realistic timeline before production starts, not after.

Yes. Many briefs we read are first production runs. What matters is a realistic brief: clear garment details, a quantity at or above 100 pieces per style, and a timeline with room for sampling. We tell you plainly whether it fits before you spend anything.

Cotton knitwear (tees, polos, jersey, fleece), sweaters and winterwear, woven shirts and dresses, embroidery and block print, denim, outerwear and cotton-rich activewear. Not every factory makes everything: we place your brief with the one built for your product. Technical synthetic performance wear is usually better made elsewhere, and we will say so.

Several hold GOTS, OCS or OEKO-TEX Standard 100. If a certification is required for your market or your retail buyers, put it in your brief and we place it only with factories that hold it. We don’t list certifications we haven’t verified.

Send the brief anyway: sketches, photos or a reference garment are enough for a first answer. Factories quote from a spec, though, so you will need a tech pack before sampling. Ours is $79 per style, delivered in 3–5 working days with 2–3 revision rounds.

Nothing. If your project fits a factory in our group, we quote our fee in writing after we read the brief and before any work starts. It is never tied to your order size, we take no commission from factories, and the factory bills you directly.
