What we make
Techniques a machine can’t copy, on garments a brand can repeat. Tell us the artwork and the base garment.
Hand work varies piece to piece. That is the look, and it means you approve a sample as the standard and agree the acceptable variation in writing before bulk.
Where it’s made
Two clusters lead: one for printing by hand, one for embroidery and embellishment.
Hand block printing, natural dye and hand craft at commercial volume. Consistency across large repeat runs is its weak side.

Hand work is priced per design: the number of colors, the size of the motif and the hours it takes. The garment underneath is priced like any other.

With your quote
No live CMT figure for hand work. Embroidery and block print are priced per design, so the factory quotes from your artwork.
Where the factory price goes
Share of FOB, market ranges from published industry sources. They won’t total exactly 100% on any one style. Fabric moves your price more than any haggling on the making charge.

Usually 150–300 pieces per style. For block print the batch size of the printing table sets it. The garment underneath adds its own floor: about 300 on stock woven fabric. These are market ranges, not quotes.
Because it is made by hand. Hand embroidery and block print vary from piece to piece, and natural dye varies from batch to batch. Approve a sample as the standard and agree the acceptable variation in writing before bulk.
Per design: colors, motif size and hours. Our calculator only prices an embroidery placement as a per-piece extra ($1.80); all-over embroidery and block print are quoted by the factory from your artwork.
Plan 3–5 weeks for sampling, then 12–16 weeks from approved sample to goods shipped on a first order, and 8–10 weeks on a repeat. Hand work doesn’t compress well.
The monsoon (June to September) slows dyeing and drying, which matters most for natural dye; Diwali (October or November, date moves every year) closes most factories for 1–2 weeks.
